Program Analyst

My time as a program analyst at Foresight Design Initiative involved taking on a variety of work for an org rooted in systems and futures thinking. Some of those projects have included:

• Developing an Airtable repository to consolidate data from multiple platforms across multiple years, including

  • All of the clients they’ve worked with around the Great Lakes region

  • All of the resources for the summer institute program they run for high school students to learn systems thinking

• Assisting with creating a book of tools of social innovation, based on monthly talks conducted by the organization where common terms (i.e. trust, power, systems) are researched and broken down for an audience of stakeholders across the Great Lakes region for how they can innovate in their organizations.

  • I was fortunate to have contributed a topic as well, where I researched and presented on the concept of “ambiguity” and how it could be leveraged for companies and organizations to create more holistic and value-driven workplaces and therefore products and services. Sadly, we did not record this session, but I can share my slides upon request.
